Do I Have To Make An Appointment?

Yes, we work by appointment only. Simply fill out the schedule form and we will work with you to make sure that this is a memorable experience for you. We can photograph you in the early evenings or on Saturdays at any time. For location shots, we prefer to shoot in the evenings when the sun isn't to harsh. If you are only available in the morning or afternoon, then we will be happy to work with you.

What do I get for my investment?

All of our senior portrait packages include the following:

     a. We touch up your photos to remove any blemishes so that you look your absolute best on this special occasion. Other        photographers will lightly touch up your photos, but we will spend extensive time to make sure that your skin looks as flawless as possible.

     b. You will receive a CD with your photos based on the package that you purchase. Each CD will contain two folders. The first fold is called "Full Size" and it contains each of your selected photos in their full resolution. These photos can be printed up to 11X14 without any problems. The second folder is called "Resized." This folder contains your selected photos that have been resized to a smaller resolution so that you can email or post your photos on MySpace or Facebook. Most photographers will charge you extra for this service, but we include this for free.

     c. You will also receive a copyright release that states that you have our permission to print as many photos from your CD as you want to. This is a deal that you cannot afford to pass up. Most photographers force you to purchase your photos directly through them while we allow you to print your photos from your CD from any place that you desire. We will even give you suggestions as to where you can print high quality photos from your CD.

     d. We also provide online proofing. Once your session is completed, we will upload your photos to our web site and then provide you with a link as to where you may view your photos. You may then choose the photos that you wish to be provided on your CD based on the package that you purchase. This allows you and your parents to choose the photos that you like best to ensure that you receive the photos that you truly want.

When is my fee due?

Full payment is due at the time of our services. At this time we accept only cash or check.

How long does a session take?

This really depends on the senior portrait package that you choose.  Generally, a studio photo session takes about an hour while a location shoot will take about an hour and a half.  If you choose a combination of a studio and location shoot then we do our best to get everything done within two hours.

How many outfits may I bring? 

If you have selected a studio shoot, you may bring up to three different outfits.  If you have decided that you want a location shoot then you may bring two outfits.  Keep in mind that depending on where that location shoots is, you may have to change outfits in your vehicle.

How many photos do you take?

We take several photos at a very high resolution so that you have plenty of photos to choose from.

What can I bring to my photo session?

You can bring anything that you would like.  Feel free to bring you athletic uniform, cheerleading uniform, band uniform or anything that you would like to bring that expresses your personality.  Props such as footballs, basketballs, baseball bats and gloves, golf clubs, guitars, or band instruments are all welcomed.  Don't forget to bring your senior jacket!

Can I bring a friend or parent?

YES!  Feel free to bring a friend or a parent, but we ask that they remain quiet observers.  You have to remember that this is all about you.  However, sometimes friends and parents may have some great ideas so we welcome those ideas as long as they do not become distracting to our photographer or to you.

Do you offer retouching?

We include retouching in our services free of charge.  Our services include as much retouching as necessary, but the more retouching that is needed will certainly result in not receiving your photo CD in the normal amount of time in which it takes us prepare your CD.  One other thing to consider is what you would like to have removed.  If you have certain facial characteristics that you would like to keep and not have removed then please let your photographer know ahead of time.  If you do not make this request known then we will treat all facial characteristics as a blemish.

How long will it take to receive my photo CD?

As soon as you approve your online proofs we will begin working on your photos.  Please allow us at lease one week to complete your CD.  We can either arrange for you to pick up your CD or we can easily mail your CD to a location of your choice.

Do you place logos on your photos?

We do not place logos on the full size versions of your photos.  You are paying for our services so we do not place a logo on those full size photos.  However, since we do provide you with resized versions of your photos at no extra charge, we do place a small version of our logo on your resized photos for advertisement purposes.

Are your photos copyrighted?

Our photos are copyrighted, but as a courtesy, we offer a copyright release to you that allows you to print as many photos as you would like from your photo CD.  However, if we see that your photos are manipulated in any way in which does not reflect our photography services in a positive manner then we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

I want to place my photos of MySpace, Facebook, or on a senior slide show.  Can I do this?

Sure.  That's not a problem at all.  In fact, we will resize your photos for you and place these in a folder on your photo CD called "Resized."  These photos are resized to make uploading or emailing easier for you.  In order to offer this as a free service, we will place a small version of our logo on your resized photo for advertisement purposes.  Your full size version of your photos contain no logos and are completely logo free.
